HML Engineering worked closely with Fulton Hogan to fabricate and install the new clip on cycle bridge for the SH1 Wairau Bridge. This is an early feature in the new Whale Trail from Picton to Kaikoura. With install in March through to May 2022 the HML team were able to install the bridge off the river bed without disrupting the flow of the SH1 traffic. The bridge measured in at 290M long and looks very smart and user friendly.
